Delivery
Your order should be at your home in at most 3 work days.
You can freely purchase any item you want from our retail store.
The delivery company that we are working with unfortunately doesn’t do commissions on weekends.
The bank transfers can sometimes delay depending on at what hour you’ve placed an order at or on what day, since the transfers happen on work hours. We apologize for any delay.
Payment
You can either add whatever items you want to your cart or just click “buy now” button to directly go to the purchase screen. There, you can write down your billing details and choose a payment method to finally complete your order.
We accept all credit cards.
You can also use a pre-purchased gift code or gift card from our store to make a transaction.
They do include VAT.

It is free. We only take a temporary deposit for the delivery service itself.
Refunds & Returns
Our policy on return is that you must make a request within 15 days after the delivery arrives at your door and we’ll inspect the good for any damages before authorizing the refund.
We will contact you by the information you’ve provided on your billing address or on your return request.

You can make a complaint on the same day as you’ve received the item, reach us through one of our contact methods, and provide as with a picture of your damaged item. Then, we can process for a refund.
